With over thirty years combined experience as a teacher, businesswoman, lawyer and certified mediator, Ms. Bulmash is a recognized expert and leader in negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution. Having successfully resolved over 1000 complex litigated cases, she is particularly adept at resolving complex and highly emotional disputes. She has been a full time conflict resolver and mediator for over 12 years and has been on the faculty of the American Bar Association for Mediation/Negotiation Training for Judges and on the faculty of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Mediation/Negotiation Training. Ms. Bulmash has been actively involved in the design and development of ADR systems and conflict resolution programs since the early 1990s. Acknowledged as an expert in the field, the Los Angeles Daily Journal engaged her to write a monthly column, Negotiate Like The Winners. In 1999, she was recognized for her expertise and contributions in the field with an award from the County of Los Angeles.

Ms. Thomas is a certified mediator by the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. She has thirteen years experience in the areas of Administration, Education, and Conflict Resolution program development and systems design. She is a private mediator, consultant, trainer and Associate Professor at California State University, Dominguez Hills in the Graduate School of Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, & Peacekeeping (1999 - present). Her prior experience includes eight years employment at the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Services where she held the positions of Associate Executive Director, Director of Operations and Director of Community and Youth Services, and ten years of youth counseling and social work with The Children's Collective Inc. and El Nido Family Centers. Ms. Thomas is recognized nationally for her work as an educator, trainer and for her administration of Alternative Dispute Resolution programs. The President of the United States and Mrs. Bush honored her in 2004 for her outstanding work with children and school based mediation programs. Ms. Thomas is a member of the California State Bar ADR Committee, Beverly Hills Bar Association, ADR Committee and numerous professional ADR organizations. Her experience encompasses years of profit and nonprofit management programs, collaboration building, counseling families and youth, program development, design, implementation, and analysis of social and ADR services. Her wealth of experience and commitment to the field of conflict management, negotiation and resolution is an added contribution to KREW4KIDS. Ms. Thomas holds a Master Degree in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Negotiation and Conflict Management and a Bachelor Degree in Human Services.

Dr. Hoult is a respected education professional and conflict resolver with an understanding of diverse and complex educational settings spanning 4 continents. She has a proven track record designing and administering numerous high level educational programs in California and throughout the world. She held numerous high level positions during her tenure at California State University Los Angeles: Director, Center for Effective Teaching and Learning; Acting Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs; Acting Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs; Professor, Charter School of Education; Office of the Chancellor, Director, California Academic Partnership Program (CAPP). Prior to that, Dr. Hoult was at the University of Southern California and held the following positions: Coordinator, Undergraduate Recruitment, School of Education; Coordinator, Continuing Education, School of Education; Director, USC/Public Schools Program, School of Education. Her legislative activities encompass both state and federal programs/initiatives. She is a certified mediator.
